Under directive by King Jimmy I, and the impending attack by Emperor Yoon, of the Empire of Yoonland, and Princess Spring (the traitor cousin of King Jimmy I), of Tavuk we have authorized the use of protocol 2.
Under protocol 2, the following are enacted:
- Threat level has been raised to DEFCON 3
- Communications may be intercepted by the King and Country Security Service without knowlege
- Torgan Banking infrastructure are to be taken down
- All of Torga’s Servers (with the exception of the Minecraft server in Chicago, Dedicated Server in Montreal and server in Las Vegas) are to be taken down. Remaining servers are to have a fail2safe mechanism.
- Polar Bear Units 1-3 of the Torgan Special Forces are to be mobilized
